Specialized in empirical analysis of labor economics, he is an expert in the statistical treatment of administrative data sets. He has primarily focused on analyses related to worker mobility, wage dynamics, and non-standard employment contracts. He has participated in numerous research activities and projects. At the Collegio Carlo Alberto, he manages and coordinates the activities of the DataLab and collaborates with the Impact Evaluation Unit, which evaluates the impact of a wide variety of programs and policies.
