Quali sono le complessità del loro quadro normativo? Approfondiremo cosa fa funzionare le piattaforme digitali, come queste servono vari gruppi di utenti e l’impatto economico dirompente che hanno sui mercati tradizionali. Esamineremo anche le recenti normative dell’UE, come il Digital Markets Act e il Digital Services Act, create per tenere sotto controllo queste piattaforme e garantire un’equa concorrenza.
